Delete your MyRadAssistant account

MyRadAssistant is provided by The Radiology Academy Ltd. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

In the app

In the MyRadAssistant app for Android or iOS, open Account, tap Delete account, then confirm.

On the web, or without the app

Email hello@theradiologyacademy.com from the email address you sign in with, using the subject Delete my account. We will delete your account and reply to confirm within one calendar month.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently deletes:

• your account and sign-in details, including any fingerprint or face sign-in devices
• your conversations and saved answers
• your report checks
• documents and files you uploaded

It also cancels any subscription, so you will not be charged again. This cannot be undone.

What is kept

• Billing records: kept for 7 years from the end of the relevant tax year, as HMRC requires.
• Usage statistics: kept only in anonymised form, with nothing that identifies you.
• Emails you sent us: kept for 24 months from your last message.
• Shared team libraries: a document you added to a library shared with your team belongs to that library and stays there.
