We do not sell your data

MyRadAssistant does not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties for their marketing purposes. We never have, and we have no plans to.

This applies regardless of which jurisdiction you access the Service from.

What this page is for

In some jurisdictions (notably California, under the CCPA / CPRA) you have a specific right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Because we do not sell or share your data, there is nothing to opt out of by default. This page records that position and gives you a route to confirm or assert any equivalent right under the law that applies to you.

Your rights under UK and EU GDPR

If you are in the UK or EEA, you have the rights set out in our Privacy policy, including the right to access, rectify, restrict, port, and erase your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@theradiologyacademy.com.

Your rights under California law

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including:

  • The right to know what personal information we collect about you.
  • The right to delete personal information we hold about you.
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share, but you may still formally exercise this right).
  • The right to limit use of sensitive personal information.
  • The right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of the above.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@theradiologyacademy.com with the subject line "CCPA request". We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

Authorised agents

You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide signed written permission, and we may contact you to verify the request.
